Free shipping
Shipping is free on all orders. We ship worldwide.
Processing time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed before 10:00 PM ET (New York time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed later are processed the next business day.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time
Orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Carriers & tracking
We ship with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
Damaged or defective order
Contact us within 90 days of delivery with a short video of the issue, and we’ll send you a free replacement.
Order not arrived
If your order hasn’t arrived after 21 days, contact us within 7 days and we’ll send a free replacement.
