Is ReliveX a scam?

No. ReliveX is a real company with a registered business address, a U.S. Employer Identification Number (EIN), published policies and a support team you can reach by email and phone. If you have a problem with an order, our team will help you sort it out.

The ReliveX NMES device is manufactured under FDA 510(k) clearance K231648 (Class II, over-the-counter). You can look it up yourself in the FDA 510(k) database. This clearance applies to the NMES device only, not to our other products. FDA clearance is not the same as FDA approval and does not mean the FDA endorses a product.

Where can I buy ReliveX?

ReliveX is sold only on our official website, relivex.com. We will also be launching on Amazon soon; until then, any other website or marketplace listing using the ReliveX name is not an official seller.

How do I spot a fake ReliveX website?

Copycat stores sometimes copy our name, photos and videos. To make sure you're buying from us:

  • Check that the address bar says relivex.com (not, for example, relivex.health or a similar-looking domain).
  • Be careful with prices that seem far below ours or sites without a company name and address.
