Christmas On Us – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The ReliveX “Christmas On Us” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by JS Commerce Group LLC, doing business as ReliveX, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“Sponsor”). Questions: info@relivex.com.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York, Florida and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 29, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 24, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Each calendar day (12:00:00 a.m. – 11:59:59 p.m. ET) during the Sweepstakes Period is a “Daily Entry Period”.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Both methods receive exactly the same entries and the same chances of winning.

Method 1 – Purchase: Each completed order placed on relivex.com during the Sweepstakes Period by an eligible person automatically receives one (1) entry.

Method 2 – Free entry (no purchase necessary): Visit relivex.com/pages/christmas-free-entry, complete the free entry form with your first and last name, email address and state of residence, confirm your eligibility and accept these Official Rules. Limit one (1) free entry per person and per email address per Daily Entry Period.

Each entry, whether received by Method 1 or Method 2, is entered into (a) every Daily Drawing from the date the entry is received through December 24, 2026, and (b) one (1) time into the Grand Prize Drawing. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, automated, or submitted using multiple identities or email addresses will be void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

5. Prizes

Daily Prizes (one per Daily Drawing, up to 57 in total): If the selected entry was received by purchase (Method 1), the winner receives a refund of the full amount paid for the qualifying order (approximate retail value (“ARV”): the amount paid, typically $99.95 – $250). If the selected entry was received by free entry (Method 2), the winner receives a $100 gift card (ARV $100). Winners of a refund keep the products ordered.

Grand Prize (one): $2,500 USD, paid by bank transfer or check (ARV $2,500).

Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $16,750. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. A winner of prizes totaling $600 or more in a calendar year must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099.

6. Drawings and Odds

Each Daily Drawing is held on or about the following day from all eligible entries received through the end of that Daily Entry Period. The Grand Prize Drawing is held on or about December 26, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All winners are selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor using an independent random-selection tool. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided with the entry or order. A potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release (and, where lawful, a publicity release). If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries.

8. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs its integrity, and in that case to award prizes from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Returned or cancelled orders do not qualify for a refund prize.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a prize, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Sweepstakes and as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entering the Sweepstakes does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

11. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
